At Favorite People, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
